２０２３年１月２７日 金曜日の朝は曇りでのちに雨の予報。気温は３度からあまり上がらず５度どまり。１０年ぶりの寒波が抜けましたがまだまだ冬の峠は越してないようです。

本日は休みをもらい朝から洗濯機を回しております。先ほどコーヒーを入れようとやかんを持った時に背中の筋を違えてしまい数分間一人で悶絶しておりました(笑)。四十肩に始まり肩関節周囲は可動域をいくらか狭めている感じはあったのですが、ちょっとした動きで痛みが走ることも時々あり肩や背中の筋肉においては多少のあきらめが必要な世代かもです。。

親のオレオレ詐欺から２週間ほどたち、こちらはこちらで今後の対策をいろいろ考えたのですが、どうも肝心の母親本人は・・・

昼休みです。その後いかがですかね。いろいろ考えてみたのですが、手元にお金がなければ詐欺に合わないかと。生活費以外のお金は定期などにするか信頼できる人に預けておけば二度と被害に合わないのではと思います。人間 魔が指す事もあると今回学べた経験を活かしてもう一度対策を練りましょう！「もう大丈夫」という言葉は前回も聞きましたので。。。
